Role Description The Associate Professor role is a full-time, in office position based at ARMIET in Thane. The Associate Professor will teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in their specialization, develop and update syllabi,



conduct lectures and tutorials, and supervise laboratory sessions and projects. Responsibilities include guiding student research, mentoring learners on academic and career development, and contributing to curriculum review and academic quality initiatives. The role also involves participating in institutional activities such as department meetings, examination and evaluation processes, industry collaborations, and outreach programs. The Associate Professor is expected to engage in scholarly work, publish research, and support the growth of the institute’s academic reputation.
Qualifications
Relevant postgraduate degree (Master’s) in Engineering, Technology, or Management; Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is highly preferred.
Demonstrated teaching experience at the higher education level, with strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
