Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Anekal, responsible for promoting Mitra Learn’s courses and learning solutions to prospective learners and partners. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads,



conducting sales calls and consultations, giving product demonstrations, and guiding prospects through the enrolment process. The role involves maintaining a robust sales pipeline, achieving monthly and quarterly targets, and building long-term relationships with individual learners, institutions, and corporate clients. The Sales Executive collaborates with marketing and operations teams to provide feedback from the market, refine sales strategies, and ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact through post-enrolment support. Regular reporting, use of CRM tools, and participation in on-site events or outreach activities are also key parts of this position.

Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with experience in inside or field sales, preferably in EdTech, education, or related industries.
