Role Description The Boiler Desk Engineer (DCS Engineer) is a full time, on-site role based in Banswara, responsible for monitoring and controlling boiler operations through Distributed Control Systems (DCS).



The role involves overseeing process parameters, starting and shutting down boilers safely, and adjusting controls to maintain optimal efficiency and reliability. Daily tasks include diagnosing operational issues, coordinating with maintenance and electrical teams, and ensuring safe operation of instrumentation and control systems. The engineer will document operating conditions, support preventive maintenance schedules, and adhere to safety, environmental, and compliance standards. Collaboration with plant operations staff to improve system performance and support energy efficiency initiatives is also expected.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Process Control and Control Systems Design for boiler and utility operations.
Hands-on experience in Troubleshooting control loops, alarms, and DCS-related issues.
Knowledge of Instrumentation, including sensors, transmitters, control valves, and field devices.
