POKONUT is looking for a ?????? ?????? ??? ?????????? to take ownership of our paid performance marketing and help scale our D2C business through Google Ads.
This is a hands-on role for someone who has experience building, managing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns and performance marketing systems. The ideal candidate should have strong D2C/e-commerce experience and be comfortable working across Google Ads, GA4, Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.

• Plan, execute, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Video, and Demand Gen.
• Develop campaign structures, audience strategies, bidding strategies, and budget allocation based on business and performance goals.
• Manage Google Merchant Center (GMC), including product feed health, optimisation, troubleshooting disapprovals, and maintaining accurate product data.
• Manage and optimise GA4 tracking, events, conversions, audiences, and reporting to ensure accurate performance measurement.
• Use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to set up,



manage, test, and troubleshoot tags, triggers, and variables for conversion and event tracking.
• Monitor Google Ads performance regularly and identify opportunities, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, campaigns, and landing pages.
• Build and improve campaign infrastructure, tracking, and measurement frameworks where required.
• Work with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets based on campaign insights.
• Analyse key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, AOV, CPC, CPA, and revenue.
• Prepare performance reports and translate campaign data into transparent, actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Monitor Google Search Console for search performance, indexing, coverage, and site-related issues.
• Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes, new features, campaign formats
