About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling AI security and adversarial testing firm, we specialize in stress-testing generative AI systems—including enterprise LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows—against real-world exploitation vectors. Our clients span fintech, defense, and regulated SaaS, and we’re building the next-gen Red Team capability to safeguard AI deployments at scale. You’ll architect and lead offensive AI testing programs that uncover systemic risks before attackers do.

Role & Responsibilities

Design and execute red team engagements targeting LLMs, prompting interfaces, and RAG-based agents—identifying jailbreaks, data leakage, prompt injection, and model inversion risks.
Develop adversarial testing frameworks using Python, LangChain, and open-source tooling (e.g., PromptBench, Garak, LLM-attacks) to automate attack surface mapping.
Simulate advanced persistent threat (APT) scenarios against AI systems—emulating sophisticated social engineering, context manipulation, and policy bypass techniques.




Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to harden models and guardrails; deliver actionable remediation playbooks with risk scoring and mitigation benchmarks.
Research emerging LLM attack surfaces (e.g., multi-hop reasoning exploits, token-level poisoning, inference-time evasion) and publish offensive TTPs internally and externally.
Lead junior red teamers, run threat modeling workshops, and establish KPIs for AI security posture maturity across client engagements.
