Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for managing and growing Studio Odkhaan’s and clients’ social media presence across platforms. The role includes planning and executing content calendars, coordinating meme, graphic, and ad campaigns, and optimizing posts for reach, engagement, and brand consistency. Day-to-day tasks involve drafting copy, collaborating with designers and content creators, monitoring trends, responding to audience interactions,



and adjusting strategies based on performance insights. The Social Media Manager will also track key metrics, prepare periodic reports, and support campaign brainstorming to enhance visibility for brands and artists featured by the studio.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, manage, and grow multi-platform campaigns.
Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand and artist goals.
Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and on-brand messaging.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of performance metrics.
Creative mindset with an eye for trends, memes, and visual storytelling.
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced studio environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
