key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership & Growth: Drive significant revenue growth, including developing new markets and launching new products. The role involves strategic sales planning, sales forecasting, and overall business growth and profitability improvement.

Technical & Execution Support: Possess deep technical expertise in power generation, transmission, and distribution, with direct experience in high-voltage systems (up to 800kV+). Technical fluency in associated fittings like OPGW, spacer dampers, insulators, and substation clamps is highly implied and a key requirement.

Client & Relationships Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders and customers, including Fortune 500 companies and major industry players like Power Grid Corp. The role requires managing long-term service agreements and handling the full deal cycle from inquiry to order, including techno-commercial offer preparation and pre-bid cash flow analysis.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a sales team,



fostering cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external customers. The candidate should be a motivator and collaborator, with robust team-building skills.

Tendering and Commercial Management: Manage sales and tendering operations, including preparing techno-commercial offers and pre-bid cash flow analyses. Experience in winning large industrial/government utility tenders is essential.

International & Domestic Sales Experience: The role requires extensive experience in both Indian and international markets.

Qualifications And Experience

Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 10 years in the high-voltage transmission and distribution sector, preferably with an EPC or manufacturing company.

Technical Acumen: Strong technical background in high-voltage electrical equipment and systems (up to 800kV+).
