Are you someone who loves B2B sales, meeting business owners, building relationships, and closing deals?We’re looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join us and drive sales for our AI-powered business automation solutions.This is a target-driven, client-facing role with significant field-sales responsibility.
Salary - Rs.15000, 10% Commission on the closed deals

? What You’ll Do
• Identify and target B2B businesses across manufacturing, textiles, auto parts, bicycles, engineering, exports, logistics & more
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, LinkedIn, email, referrals and networking
• Connect with business owners, founders, directors, CXOs and department heads
• Understand business processes and identify opportunities for AI & workflow automation
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Prepare customized proposals and manage the complete sales cycle
• Drive follow-ups, negotiations and deal closures
• Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM




• Build long-term customer relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Work closely with the technical/product team to deliver the right solution

What We’re Looking For✅ 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development✅ Experience in SaaS, IT services, ERP, CRM, automation or technology sales is preferred✅ Industrial products, machinery, automation solutions or B2B services experience is also welcome✅ Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills✅ Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers✅ Ability to independently generate leads and arrange meetings✅ Willingness to travel within Ludhiana for client meetings✅ Robust follow-up and relationship-management skills✅ Target-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
