About BX5

BX5 is a new-age men's wellness and performance brand being built in India with a simple ambition: to create a trusted, premium and science-led wellness brand designed for modern lifestyles.
We are at an early and exciting stage of our journey and are looking for someone who wants to build and scale a brand, not simply manage its social media.
The Role

We are looking for a highly driven Growth & Brand Manager who will work directly with the Founder and take ownership of BX5's growth and brand-building strategy. We already have a graphic design team and external partners managing Meta and Google advertising.

Your responsibility is to make all of these moving parts work together to drive the brand forward.
You will own the strategy, coordinate execution, analyze performance, and continuously identify what BX5 should do next to acquire customers, strengthen the brand, and grow revenue.
What You'll Own

Brand & Growth Strategy
Build and execute BX5's monthly and quarterly growth roadmap
Develop campaigns to increase awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue




Maintain BX5's premium positioning and brand consistency
Study competitors, consumer behaviour, and emerging D2C trends
Identify new growth opportunities and channels
Performance & Agency Management
Work closely with our external Meta and Google marketing teams
Set campaign objectives, budgets and performance expectations
Monitor CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, AOV and other key metrics
Challenge agencies when performance is below expectations
Turn performance data into clear actions for the creative and marketing teams
Content & Creative Direction
Own the monthly content and campaign calendar
Brief designers on static, carousel, video, and advertising creatives
Develop recent hooks, concepts, messaging and campaign ideas
Ensure content balances brand building, education and conversion
Coordinate product shoots, UGC and video content when required
Influencer & Community Growth
Identify relevant creators
