? Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee complete centre operations
• Drive admissions, sales and revenue targets
• Lead, motivate and monitor the centre team
• Ensure smooth coordination between Counselling, Training & Operations
• Develop strategies to achieve monthly enrolment targets
• Maintain student experience and centre performance
• Handle daily MIS, reporting and performance reviews
• Build local partnerships and business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
? Candidate Profile
✔️ Graduate/Post Graduate




✔️ 3–6 years of experience in Centre Management, Education, EdTech, Training or Sales
✔️ Strong leadership and team-management skills
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Proven experience in achieving sales/admission targets
✔️ Robust understanding of centre operations and business development
✔️ Candidates from Education, EdTech, Aviation Training or related industries will be preferred
