Role Description The Head of Operations is a full time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across the agency. This role includes setting and monitoring operational processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient delivery of marketing and communication services to healthcare clients. The Head of Operations will manage resource allocation, track performance metrics,



optimize workflows, and support leadership in strategic planning and execution.
