Role Description The Network Design Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, focused on supporting the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of Delhivery’s logistics network.



In this position, the associate helps analyze shipment flows, capacity utilization, service levels, and cost structures to recommend routing changes, hub locations, and process enhancements. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with data sets, preparing dashboards and reports, collaborating with operations and product teams, and contributing to simulation or scenario analysis for new routes and services. The role also involves documenting network design standards, supporting implementation of network changes, and monitoring performance against key metrics such as transit time, cost per shipment, and reliability. The Network Design Associate is expected to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align network planning with business growth and customer experience goals.
