Social Media Manager
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives on Instagram, understands what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn an idea into content that actually gets watched.
This is not a role where you just schedule posts. We’re looking for someone who can think, create, edit and execute.
What you’ll do
Own day-to-day social media for our brands across Instagram and other relevant platforms
Ideate and create Reels, carousels, stories and static content




Shoot and edit short-form videos and Reels using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN or similar
Stay on top of Instagram trends, viral formats, sounds, memes and emerging content styles
Identify trends that are relevant to the brand and turn them into content quickly
Come up with fresh content ideas instead of relying on repetitive formats
Write engaging hooks, captions and on-screen copy
Build and manage monthly content calendars
Work closely with the creative team to execute campaigns and launches
Track content performance and understand what is working and what isn’t
Continuously experiment with new formats, hooks and storytelling styles
Keep an eye on competitors and what’s happening across the social media landscape
What we’re looking for
1–3 years of experience in social media/content creation
Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content
Positive Reel editing skills are a m
