Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Meta Ads Specialist to own, manage, and aggressively scale our performance marketing channels. In this role, you will work 1-on-1 with the co-founders to shape ad strategies, test creative angles, and drive profitable revenue growth.
Important Note: This is a direct individual hire.

Roles & Responsibilities
Account Management & Execution: End-to-end management of Meta Ad accounts (Facebook & Instagram)—from setup, targeting, and copywriting to daily bid/budget optimization.




Scaling & Performance: Implement robust scaling strategies to grow daily spend sustainably while maintaining target ROAS and CAC goals.
Growth Strategy: Brainstorm, plan, and execute growth experiments alongside the co-founders, aligning performance ads with brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal pushes (e.g., festive gifting).
Creative Testing: Collaborate on ad creative briefs, continuously testing new angles (hooks, UGC, carousels, video offers, static creatives) to combat ad fatigue and improve conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics daily (ROAS, CTR, CPA, AOV, LTV) and deliver actionable insights to pivot strategy fast.

What We Are Looking For
2+ years of hands-on experience specifically managing and scaling Meta Ads for Indian D2C e-commerce brands (fragrance, beauty, apparel, or lifestyle experience preferred).
