Role Description The Human Resources Manager role at Aeroaids Corporation is a full time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment,



onboarding, performance management, and employee relations across the organization. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing compliance with labor laws, maintaining employee records, and supporting managers with workforce planning and engagement initiatives.
