We’re hiring a Head of Installation.

Home automation in India has been a premium-only category for too long. We’re building for everyone else — and that means installation isn’t a back-office function for us. It’s roughly half of what determines whether a customer stays with us for years or leaves in month three.

So this is a founding-team seat, not a support role.

What you’ll own:
* Building the installation function from zero — SOPs designed to scale from 1 to 100 cities
* On-ground execution through beta and scale-up
* Post-installation service and customer experience
* Hiring, training and managing a large network of service engineers — balancing in-house teams with third-party partners
* Working closely with product and tech to shape what gets built, so the product is installable and serviceable at scale

Who we’re looking for:




Someone from a high-growth consumer tech workplace — Zomato, Swiggy, Uber, Rapido, Blinkit, Urban Company and the like — who has lived through operational rigour at scale. You’ve built teams, not just inherited them. You move fast, you’re comfortable with technology, and you think in systems rather than firefights.

Founder mindset is non-negotiable. The team doesn’t exist yet. You’ll create it.
