About the Role

We are looking for a street-smart, relationship-oriented Channel Development Specialist who can build, nurture and manage a strong network of resellers for BizHR and Bizpro.

This is not a pure sales or desk job. We need someone who can identify the right partners, build genuine relationships, keep them motivated, solve issues quickly and ensure that resellers remain active and productive.

The ideal candidate should know how to get things done, follow up relentlessly, manage relationships and hold a channel together even when things get challenging.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new resellers, referral partners, consultants, CAs, HR consultants and other relevant channel partners.
Build strong personal relationships with each reseller and become their primary point of contact.




Ensure partners understand and actively sell BizHR HRMS and Bizpro accounting/Tally integration solutions.
Drive regular partner engagement through meetings, calls, WhatsApp and field visits.
Activate dormant partners and continuously push them towards generating leads, demos and closures.
Help partners with sales pitches, product positioning, pricing and objection handling.
Coordinate with internal sales, product, onboarding and support teams to ensure partners receive quick assistance.
Track reseller-wise leads, demos, closures and revenue.
Conduct partner training and periodic product updates.
Develop local partner networks and identify opportunities for expanding the reseller ecosystem.
Resolve partner conflicts and operational issues before they become escalations.
Maintain strong relationships even during difficult situations and ensure partner retention and long-term engagement.
