? We’re Hiring | Senior Business Development Manager / General Manager – Business Development

The Wellness Co. is looking for a senior, commercially driven Business Development leader to build and scale our B2B, institutional and strategic growth engine across India.
This is not a conventional sales role. We’re looking for a market owner who can take a business prospect from strategy → relationship → partnership → activation → recurring revenue.
What you’ll own:
• Revenue, pipeline & commercial performance
• Strategic partnerships across corporates, healthcare, hospitality, sports, fitness & premium communities
• CXO/CHRO-level relationship building
• New market, channel & business development
• Key account growth, renewals, cross-selling & multi-location expansion
• Commercial negotiations, forecasting & market intelligence
• Building and leading a high-performing BD team
Our focus is on creating sustainable, profitable and predictable growth—not simply signing partnerships that remain inactive.

We’re looking for someone with:




• 8–15+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships or Market Expansion in Wellness and healthcare sector
• Strong B2B partnership and revenue ownership experience
• Proven ability to build markets and new business channels
• Strong commercial acumen across pricing, margins, ROI and account economics
• A credible network across corporate, healthcare, hospitality, sports, fitness or premium ecosystems
• The ability to combine strategic thinking + commercial ownership + hands-on execution
Experience in wellness, healthcare, health-tech, fitness, preventive healthcare, diagnostics, hospitality, sports, insurance or premium services is an advantage.
