About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Content Creator who can develop engaging content for Instagram and help increase the brand's reach, engagement, followers, and overall social media presence.
The ideal candidate should understand Instagram trends, have a strong sense of content and storytelling, and be comfortable creating content that connects with the target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging and original content for Instagram, including Reels, posts, stories, carousels and other relevant formats.
Develop creative content ideas aligned with the brand's tone, audience and marketing objectives.
Stay updated with Instagram trends, trending audio, formats, hashtags and content styles and identify opportunities to leverage them.
Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
Shoot, edit and publish short-form video content, including Reels.
Write engaging captions, hooks and CTAs that encourage audience interaction.
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop campaigns and social media initiatives.




Monitor content performance, including reach, views, engagement, follower growth and other key metrics.
Analyse performance and continuously experiment with new content formats and ideas to improve results.
Actively contribute ideas to increase Instagram followers and organic reach.
Coordinate with internal teams, creators, influencers or other stakeholders wherever required for content creation.
Ensure all published content is aligned with the company's brand guidelines and communication standards.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, content creation or a similar role.
Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content.
Good knowledge of Reels, trending content, hooks, captions and audience engagement.
Basic to positive skills in video editing and content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
