Job Description We are seeking an experienced F&B; Manager to oversee and manage Food & Beverage operations for Promoters n and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. The role requires delivering exceptional hospitality, maintaining the highest n standards of service excellence, and ensuring a personalized dining experience with utmost professionalism and n confidentiality. n n Key Responsibilities n n * Manage end-to-end F&B; operations for Promoters and UHNW guests. n n * Ensure world-class service standards and personalized guest experiences. n n * Plan and supervise daily dining operations, VVIP events, and special occasions. n n * Lead, train, and mentor the F&B; service team to deliver luxury hospitality standards. n n * Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, procurement,



and other support teams for seamless operations. n n * Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality standards. n n * Handle guest preferences, dietary requirements, and service protocols with discretion. n n * Monitor inventory and vendor coordination for smooth operations. n n * Ensure complete confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail always. n n Eligibility: n n * Graduate in Hotel Management (Mandatory). n n * Minimum 12 – 14 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations with luxury hotels. n n * Proven experience in managing VVIP & UHNW client services is highly preferred n
