Role Description This is a full time, hybrid Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for work-from-home. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print, including social media creatives, marketing materials, curriculum visuals, presentation decks, and product collateral that align with DoubleSpace Learning’s brand and educational philosophy. The role involves collaborating with educators, product teams, and marketing to translate complex educational concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives,
and to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints. Day-to-day work includes developing and refining graphic layouts, experimenting with typography and color, preparing files for production, iterating based on feedback, and maintaining design libraries and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Graphic Design and creating high-quality Graphics for digital and print materials.
Ability to illustrate and animate is a plus.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities.
Strong command of Typography and layout principles to create clear, accessible, and engaging designs.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, receive and incorporate feedback, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing relevant work in education, youth-focused brands, or impactful storytelling-oriented design is highly beneficial.
Formal education in design, visual communication, or a related discipline is an advantage, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
Comfort working in a hybrid setup from Gurugram, with strong self-organization and communication skills.
