Job Description Qualifications
n n Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
n Basic customer service and client interaction skills, including active listening and polite, professional conduct.
n Ability to follow processes, scripts, and guidelines while handling multiple calls and updating information accurately.
n Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and office productivity software for call logs and reporting.
n Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
n Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; current students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
n Prior internship or call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.
