nABOUT THE ROLE
nWe are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to develop domestic and international business for Althion's dialysis water-treatment portfolio.
nThe product range includes large-scale dialysis RO plants for hospitals and dialysis centres, as well as compact and portable dialysis RO systems for satellite centres and home-dialysis applications.
nThe role requires strong focus on proactive sales outreach, lead generation, systematic follow-up, CRM and pipeline management, channel-partner development,



and regular reporting to management.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Proactively identify and approach hospitals, dialysis centres, nephrologists, dialysis service providers, healthcare groups, biomedical teams, consultants, distributors, and home-dialysis providers.n
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, industry databases, referrals, exhibitions, hospital visits, and professional networks.n
- Develop domestic and international sales opportunities for large-scale and portable dialysis RO plants.n
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.n
- Record all leads, meetings, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, next actions, and expected closure dates in the company's CRM or lead-tracking system.n
- Follow up consistently with prospects and ensure that no qualified lead remains unattended.n
