Lead, Enterprise Architect - Enterprise Architecture

Your Role

We are seeking a technically hands-on Enterprise Architect who combines strong architecture expertise with practical engineering capability. This individual will operate as a player-coach, contributing directly to solution design and implementation - writing code,



building automation, and enhancing AI-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for an architect who does not want to stay purely at the conceptual level, but instead actively participates in building, prototyping, and evolving enterprise solutions alongside engineering teams.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Architecture and Engineering Execution

Design and evolve enterprise architecture patterns across cloud, SaaS, and AI-enabled platforms

Directly contribute to codebases where appropriate (e.g., APIs, automation, integrations, AI agents)

Develop proofs-of-concept and reference implementations to validate architectural decisions

Develop solution designs for enterprise architecture solutions and consult with other teams as needed

AI and Automation Development

Design, build, and enhance AI agents and copilots using modern frameworks (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, Semantic Kerne
