Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Functional Consultant with robust expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting D365 F&O; solutions across complex manufacturing environments.
The role requires strong business process knowledge, functional solutioning skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to translate manufacturing requirements into scalable D365 F&O; solutions. Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled ERP capabilities, and intelligent automation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead functional implementation, configuration, and optimization of D365 F&O; Manufacturing and Supply Chain solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions aligned with standard D365 F&O; capabilities.




• Configure and support Production Control, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Master Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management modules.
• Design and support manufacturing processes including BOMs, Routes, Production Orders, Batch Orders, Resources, Scheduling, and Production Execution.
• Work with business stakeholders to conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test cases, and user training materials.
• Collaborate with technical consultants on customizations, integrations, reports, workflows, and data migration.
• Lead or support SIT, UAT, regression testing, go-live, and post-production support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization across manufacturing operations.
• Support integration of D365 F&O; with MES, WMS, PLM, EDI, Power Platfor
