Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML computing, and related services, while nurturing relationships with existing customers and partners. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and outreach,



conducting sales presentations and product demos, preparing proposals and pricing, and collaborating with technical teams to align solutions with customer requirements. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies, as well as maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports. The Business Development Manager is expected to meet and exceed sales targets, represent LeapSwitch Networks at industry events, and contribute to long-term strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Robust business development and sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closing.
Experience with cloud services, data center solutions, or IT infrastructure, with the ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business value.
