About the Role:
We are looking for an Business Development Representative to generate a qualified pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting. This is a dedicated outbound role where LinkedIn, Email & Cold Calling is the primary channel for your outreach but success comes from consistent follow up activity, solid communication, and the ability to create opportunities from scratch. You will identify target accounts across FMCG, Logistics, Retail and Other Industry Segments, engage decision-makers, qualify early interest, and book meetings for the Account Executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Outreach
• Research target accounts, buyers, and key contacts across FMCG, Logistics, Retail and Industry Segments.
• Run multi-channel outbound sequences using LinkedIn, Email & Cold Calling as the primary outreach channel.
Qualification & Pipeline Generation
• Conduct initial qualification through outbound conversations.




• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Share messaging insights and market feedback with leadership.
CRM & Activity Management
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and cadence management in CRM.
• Keep CRM records and follow-up tasks clean and current.
Required Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, lead generation, or prospecting roles.
• Confidence in making cold calls daily.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections and build interest quickly.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
