KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Planning & Business Development
Partner directly with the Founder to define, articulate, and operationalize the Group's strategic priorities across business verticals.
Conduct rigorous market research, competitive intelligence, and opportunity assessment to support recent market entry, product development, and investment targeting.
Translate high-level strategic direction into structured execution roadmaps with clearly defined milestones, owners, and success metrics.
Identify white-space opportunities and emerging trends that align with the Group's investment thesis and growth objectives.
2. Financial Modelling & Investment Analysis
Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, M&A; targets, partnerships, and capital allocation decisions.
Develop comprehensive business cases, investment memoranda, and scenario analyses to support executive decision-making.
Conduct valuation work including DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis as required.
Track portfolio performance metrics and provide regular reporting against strategic and financial targets.
3. M&A; Support & Transaction Execution
Support end-to-end M&A; processes including origination, due diligence coordination, financial modelling, and post-acquisition integration planning.
Prepare deal summaries, term sheet analysis, and investment committee materials for the Founder and senior advisers.
Coordinate with external advisers — legal, financial, and sector specialists — to ensure efficient and well-governed transaction execution.
4. Cross-Functional Execution & Project Management
Serve as the connective tissue between the Founder's Office and internal functions including Finance, Legal & Compliance, HR, and Business Unit leadership.
Drive strategic projects from inception through delivery, maintaining accountability for timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
