Travel: Extensive travel required, including intercity and occasional pan-India travel
Reporting To: Sales Head / Director
Team: Small team of Sales Executives / Sales Representatives reporting to the ASM
About the Role
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead and grow sales of our Maternity & Baby Care product portfolio across maternity hospitals and healthcare institutions.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role. The ASM will be responsible not only for managing a small sales team but also for personally handling and developing key and strategically significant customers, which may be located across different cities in India.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both team management and individual selling,



have strong relationships within maternity hospitals, and possess the ability to identify opportunities, convert institutions and drive consistent repeat business.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
Preferably 5–10 years of experience in medical devices, surgical disposables, healthcare products, pharmaceuticals or hospital sales.
Experience in selling to maternity hospitals, nursing homes or healthcare institutions will be strongly preferred.
Prior experience managing a sales team is desirable.
Compensation
Salary: ₹5,50,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability.
Additional: Performance-linked incentives / travel reimbursement / other benefits as per company policy.
