Role Description The Sales Intern — SME Segment role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sales team in identifying and qualifying SME leads, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and assisting with product presentations and demos. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, preparing basic sales reports, coordinating with internal teams to address customer inquiries, and following up on prospects to move them through the sales cycle.



The intern will also observe and participate in client meetings, receive training on sales processes and tools, and contribute to initiatives that improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage SME clients professionally and build rapport.
Foundational Sales abilities with interest in lead generation, pipeline follow-up, and basic Sales Management support.
Ability to learn and apply Training received on products, sales tools, and processes in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Comfort using productivity tools and CRM or sales software; proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in an on-site team setting in Bengaluru.
