About the Role
We are expanding our team and looking for experienced professionals from the Payday Loan / Short-Term Loan industry to join us as Telecallers. This is a great opportunity for candidates with robust Customer calling experience in the lending space.

Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calling for loan process coordination
Explain product details, documentation requirements & onboarding process to customers
Guide customers through the loan application journey end-to-end
Address customer queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience




Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in customer calling, preferably in the loan/lending industry
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Ability to explain financial products clearly and build customer trust
Comfortable with outbound calling volumes and a target-driven environment
Requirements
Prior experience in the Payday Loan / Short-Term Loan / Instant Loan sector is strongly preferred
Willingness to work from office.
