Role Description The Placement Coordinator (Fresher) will support the end-to-end placement process for learners enrolled in clinical research and related courses. This full-time, in office role is based in Pune District and involves coordinating with hiring partners, scheduling interviews, maintaining placement records, and assisting learners with job applications.



The role includes organizing mock interviews, supporting resume and profile preparation, and sharing job opportunities through appropriate communication channels. The Placement Coordinator will interact regularly with learners to understand their career goals, provide basic guidance on interview readiness, and ensure timely follow-up with employers. The individual will collaborate with the academic and administration teams to align placement activities with course completion timelines and institutional standards.
