accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely
month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. The role leads a team of
accounting professionals, drives process excellence, ensures compliance with
accounting standards and internal controls, and partners with stakeholders to
support financial decision-making.
The position is accountable for maintaining the integrity of financial records,
delivering high-quality reporting, and identifying opportunities for automation
and continuous improvement. The role often requires expertise in GAAP
accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement preparation,
and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
