Role Overview
Mecwin is looking for an Application Engineer with solid technical knowledge of electric motors.



The candidate will act as the technical bridge between customers and Mecwin’s Sales, Business Development, Design, NPD, Manufacturing, Quality and Testing teams.
The Application Engineer will support the complete process—from understanding the customer’s application and preparing the technical solution to motor development, validation, customer approval and production handover.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer applications, operating conditions and technical requirements.
Convert customer requirements into clear motor specifications and engineering inputs.
Support the Sales and Business Development teams during customer enquiries, technical discussions and proposal preparation.
Participate in motor selection, sizing, feasibility assessment and application engineering.
Coordinate with the Design and NPD teams for customised motor design and development.
