We're looking for a Software Engineer I – Backend who enjoys solving complex problems and building reliable, scalable systems in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
Build REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and backend workflows.
Develop reliable systems using databases, caching, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures.
Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code.
Collaborate with AI, frontend, platform, and product teams to deliver features end to end.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, debugging, and system design.
Integrate third-party services, developer tools, and cloud platforms.
Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, scalability,



and security.
Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to long-term solutions.
Explore and contribute to AI-powered capabilities and intelligent software workflows.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of professional experience in backend software development.
Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js/TypeScript.
Good understanding of APIs, databases, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
Interest in AI, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, and modern software engineering.
