With 500+ Evorians across India, the US, Brazil, Germany, Austria, and Spain, we're growing our ServiceNow practice and looking for an experienced Field Service Management (FSM) Implementation Lead to join our team.
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong grasp of ServiceNow platform architecture, applications, and modules
- Hands-on experience implementing Field Service Management (FSM), with Mobile Agent App customization
- 5–10 years in software development, including 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation in complex environments (CSM/FSM)
- 5+ years of overall technology experience spanning development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale systems
- Solid grounding across the full Application Development lifecycle,



ideally in Agile environments
- Excellent client-facing communication — verbal and written — with experience engaging stakeholders at multiple levels
- Able to work independently and manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment under ambiguity
- Genuine interest in mentoring junior team members
- ServiceNow certifications preferred (e.g., CSA, CIS-FSM, CIS-CSM)
- Exposure to ServiceNow Knowledge Management is a plus
What You Bring
- Work on ServiceNow-based implementation projects for global clients
- Design and implement complex FSM/CSM solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Configure and build custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform
- Customize the Mobile Agent App for field service use cases
- Partner closely with delivery peers to ensure projects land on time, on budget, and in scope
- Support cross-functional team
