About the Role




We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Womenswear Designer with a strong background in handling UK FAST FASHION.
Should be hands-on with digital design tools, possess a deep understanding of UK & EU fashion trends, and have experience working within a fast-paced buying agency environment.
Education – Graduation from either NIFT or Pearl Academy only.
Trend Analysis: Track UK retail and trend portals to translate global print, colour, and silhouette forecasts into commercial products.
Collection & Print Design: Develop commercial womenswear ranges alongside original print collections, including all-overs, repeats, placements, and graphic artwork.
Technical Packs: Prepare flat sketches, artwork specs, and highly detailed tech packs.
Design Stack: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Procreate.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendor interactions effectively.
