Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads for exhibitions and conferences.




Understand prospects' business requirements, interests, and participation needs and qualify them accordingly.
Arrange and schedule 3–4 qualified Zoom meetings per day with prospective clients for the sales team.
Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into meaningful business opportunities.
Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and meetings in the CRM/database.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
Share regular updates on lead status, meeting outcomes, and prospect feedback with the reporting manager.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and meeting targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–7 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
Experience in the exhibition, events, media, advertising, or B2B industry will be an advantag
