Role Overview:
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to drive manufacturing efficiency, automation, and process optimization across aerospace production operations. The role focuses on reducing manual effort, improving machine utilization, optimizing shop-floor space, and increasing overall production efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual activities in production processes
Improve machine utilization, production flow, and operational efficiency
Optimize shop-floor layout, workspace utilization, and material movement
Conduct time studies, line balancing, and cycle time reduction activities
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and productivity improvement initiatives
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Manufacturing Engineering teams
Develop SOPs, process documentation, and workflow standards




Monitor production KPIs and support capacity planning activities
Drive continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, cost, and efficiency
Required Qualifications:
B.E/B.Tech in Industrial / Mechanical / Production Engineering
3–8 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering roles
Solid understanding of process optimization and production systems
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and workflow improvement
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in aerospace, Defence or precision manufacturing industries
Exposure to automation initiatives and production planning tools
Understanding of machine utilization, layout optimization, and manufacturing efficiency metrics
