Role Overview
Sampurna Growth Academy Private Limited is looking for an HR & Admin Intern to support day-to-day human resources and administrative activities.
The intern will assist with recruitment coordination, employee records, office documentation, attendance tracking and general administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment coordination and candidate follow-ups
Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records
Maintain employee and internship-related documentation
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain attendance, leave and basic HR records
Organise digital and physical company documents
Assist with office administration and routine coordination
Maintain HR and administrative trackers in Google Sheets
Coordinate with employees, vendors and internal teams when required




Support preparation of basic letters, forms and internal documents
Track pending HR and administrative tasks
Assist the management team with routine office requirements
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduate or postgraduate degree
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Office
Good organisational and follow-up skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain records accurately
Comfortable handling routine coordination and documentation
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
Willingness to work from the office in Goregaon West, Mumbai
