We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our hotel team and drive business growth through corporate, leisure, group, and event sales.

??? ????????????????:
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other business partners.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
Promote hotel rooms, banquets, conferences, events, and other hospitality services.
Handle client inquiries, sales calls, meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Banquet,



and other departments for smooth execution of bookings.
Maintain regular sales reports and update the CRM/client database.

Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in hotel/hospitality sales preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of corporate sales, banquet/event sales, and local market.
Target-oriented, confident, presentable, and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
