Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Vellore. The Architect will be responsible for conceiving and developing architectural designs for villas, apartments,



and commercial buildings that align with the company’s standards for luxury, functionality, and Vaastu compliance. Day-to-day tasks include creating conceptual and detailed drawings, preparing floor plans and elevations, coordinating with structural and MEP engineers, and collaborating closely with interior designers and site teams. The role involves regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design adherence, and resolve technical issues, as well as interacting with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals. The Architect will also support timely project execution by preparing documentation, reviewing contractor work, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
