About the Role : We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive lead generation and new business development. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups, and have a basic understanding of online advertising and digital lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Make cold calls to prospective customers and identify potential business opportunities. Send professional emails, messages, and sales communications to prospects.
Conduct continuous and timely follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages to convert leads into customers.
Generate leads through online advertisements, digital campaigns, social media, and other online channels.
Explore and generate leads through offline/outbound activities whenever required.



6Have basic knowledge of running and managing online advertising campaigns for lead generation.
Identify new customer segments and explore opportunities for business growth.
Develop and implement new sales strategies and approaches to improve lead conversion.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, and sales activities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and deadlines consistently.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and follow-up. Monitor customer responses and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.

Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertisements.
Ability to generate and nurture leads through multiple channels.
