Role Description The Bar Manager at Merlis Hotels Coimbatore is responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining a clean and protected environment. This full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore involves supervising beverage preparation and service, monitoring inventory and stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.



The Bar Manager will create and update drink menus, implement sales initiatives, and track bar performance to meet revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include training and mentoring bar staff, enforcing hygiene and safety standards, handling guest feedback and complaints, and working closely with the food and beverage team to support hotel events and promotions.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
Hands-on experience in food & beverage operations, especially bar management and beverage service.
