Role Description The Customer Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships across Vinayak InfoSoft’s digital marketing services. This role oversees client onboarding, conducts regular check-ins, and ensures that project deliverables align with client expectations and agreed timelines.



Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving service issues, coordinating with internal teams such as SEO, design, and development, and preparing status reports and performance summaries for clients. The Customer Relations Manager will collect feedback, identify opportunities to improve service quality, and support account growth through upselling and cross-selling relevant solutions. This position also involves maintaining accurate client records, tracking communications, and contributing to process improvements that strengthen client satisfaction and retention.
