Role Description The Senior Talent Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing the management and development of content creators and influencers within the Creators Gram network. This role includes identifying and onboarding recent talent, nurturing existing creator relationships, and aligning talent strategies with client campaign needs. The Senior Talent Manager will coordinate with internal teams to match creators to brand briefs, negotiate contracts and collaborations, and ensure successful execution of influencer campaigns and events. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve performance tracking, providing feedback and coaching to creators, and proactively resolving operational or partnership challenges. The role requires close collaboration with leadership to refine talent management processes, support strategic business initiatives, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
Experience in talent management, influencer relations, or artist management,



with a strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing ecosystems.
Skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and negotiation to effectively manage creators, clients, and partners.
Strengths in project coordination and campaign management, including organizing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret data, and provide insights to improve creator output and campaign results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to articulate expectations, feedback, and opportunities clearly and respectfully.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring team members, fostering inclusive collaboration, and managing conflicts constructively.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
