? Eligibility
✅ B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Engineering
OR
✅ Graduate with Diploma in Material Management
✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
✅ Adequate knowledge of ERP/SAP / Store Management Systems
? What You'll Do
✅ Manage day-to-day site store and material management activities
✅ Receive, inspect, store and issue materials as per project requirements
✅ Maintain proper records of material receipts, issues, returns and stock balances
✅ Maintain GRN, Material Receipt Reports, Material Issue Slips, Stock Registers and other store documentation
✅ Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation




✅ Coordinate with project, procurement, construction and other teams for material requirements
✅ Ensure proper identification, storage and preservation of materials at site
✅ Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory or discrepancies
✅ Update material and inventory records in ERP/SAP or applicable Store Management System
✅ Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports for management/PMC review
✅ Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety requirements and company policies
? Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in CGD / Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Infrastructure / Construction projects will be preferred.
