Role Description The Inside Sales Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, explaining ParaFit India’s diet plans and services, and guiding potential customers through the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include managing leads, providing detailed product information, recording customer requirements, coordinating order processing with internal teams,



and ensuring timely follow-up to convert prospects into satisfied customers. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the sales system, collaborating with nutrition and operations teams to resolve issues, and consistently working to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills with experience in handling leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for phone, email, and messaging platforms.
