Job Description:
The Sr. Executive - Conversations, will be responsible to make outbound calls & communicate details of products/services, virtual sessions, conferences & roadshows.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for making outbound calls for virtual sessions/conferences/roadshows.
• Collection and profiling of data
• Reaching out to customers and explaining them the benefits of products/attending sessions/events
• Prospecting/generating leads and scheduling meetings.
• Adhering to quality standards
• Achieving targets set for activities assigned.
• Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers.
• Data capturing & maintenance of customer/potential customer databases as per set guidelines.
• Generate & publish report of the outbound calls for assigned activities.
Qualifications:
Graduation in any stream.
2-3 years of relevant experience is essential.
Skills Required:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales/lead generation.
• Energetic, enthusiastic,
persistent and patient professional with excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills (Both Written & Verbal)
• Self-starter with a high energy level & Self Motivated.
• Dynamic presenter with the ability to sell products/services.
• Excellent proficiency in MS – Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) - Mandatory
