Role Description•
Responsible for pitching and selling advertising solutions across print and digital platforms while developing and executing ad sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned markets and industry verticals, generate recent leads, and explore strategic partnership opportunities. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and ad-ops teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
Regularly meet and visit clients to understand their business needs, present tailored advertising solutions, and build strong, long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Business Planning and Budgeting to develop, implement, and monitor national sales strategies.
Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, including managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.
Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, with experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
Experience in publishing, media, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, travel as needed, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
